'Winter King' Handwoven Scarf
 
Handwoven with soft Falkland Islands merino wool, this pure wool scarf is made in the UK on a traditional loom by Neil at Just Wool Textiles and inspired by our song 'Winter King'.
 
The wool is coloured using non-toxic dyes in a traditional process that gives a variety of tone, this takes extra time, but each one is unique.  
 
We sent Neil one of Jay's winter photos and asked him to try and capture the essence of a crisp, winter's day - and we think he's done it perfectly! 
 
Just Wool Textiles is a small concern that is environmentally aware, careful about water use, and uses microwave for heat with a renewable energy provider. Pure wool & the cork label biodegrades naturally at the end of its long life.
 
Each one is gift-wrapped in tissue paper, with a sprig of dried lavender, and a care & information card.
